Thank you for your feedback. I have already tried to contact the developer support 3 days ago and have not gotten any response. It keeps telling me to complete my enrolment even after I have done so 3 times and 48 hours has lapsed in all occasions. I even downloaded the Apple Developer app but it says enrolment is not supported for my account through the app. My Case ID is: 102806895033 Please advice how else I can be able to complete my enrolment.

Thank you very much for the response. I have already sent a support message 3 days ago without getting any response. At this point this is the only response I have gotten since last year December. When I got to my account I keep seeing "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.". I have tried to complete the enrolment 3 times now and even used my credit card as a payment method and still have not gotten a response.
