Thanks for your reply. We're not sure if upgrading from macOS 26.5 to 26.5.1 triggers this issue. Our steps to reproduce are: upgrade from macOS 15.7 or 26.2 (very sorry, I'm not sure exactly which one) to Tahoe 26.5.1, and then update the app version.
