Hi, I had the same thing before and I had 70GB of system data, but it seems to have fixed itself, because now I only have 6GB.

I have had the same problem, I bought an Iphone 14 2 weeks ago and I installed IOS 18 and yesterday it warned me that I have no space, because the system data occupies 75 GB.
