I am having the same issue on iPad. The error is saying "com.apple.developer.system-extension.install" is missing. As far as I can tell, I have enabled this entitlement. The documentation you have linked as well as the portal for enabling the entitlement on our profile both list this entitlement as being only for macOS. Development environment: XCode 26.4 Beta 2, macOS 26.1 Run-time configuration: iOS iOS 26.4 beta 3
