It has been a week now since subscribing for the Apple developer account, but my account is still pending. I sent emails to Apple developer support, but no replies. Please, I need help

Apple support never replies to my email. I have paid the subscription fee but my account Is still pending , it’s pass 48 hours now getting to one week, please any help here .My case ID is 102992649551.

Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Wednesday morning at 10am GMT, Oct 7, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership." It’s now been more than 2 days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I have already submitted my Nationality Card during the registration. Also, I have contacted Apple Support by email, but there was no reply. I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Thanks in advance for your help and feedback! — Mahmoud_gh
