When trying to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, the system redirects back to the main page. The enrollment page also redirects to the homepage instead of allowing renewal. Support ticket opened ~7 days ago with no response yet.

I'm tried all option - in dev app, apple store - and we haven't any renewal option
