I found out that reordering does not work in a popover on Maccatalyst. https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/01482diVw3rU35gBH4wXOJE7g#MyApp

I have commented out the content of module.modulemap and this made the building successful. Before that I have deleted MODULEMAP_FILE in the build settings but this did not work.

Looks like iOS lists up voices that has'n been downloaded.
