I quickly wanted to check whether this eventually worked out for you. 2 years later, it seems that we are struggling with exactly the same issue as you were in 2023, and the support system is not really able to help us.
Did you eventually got through? Did you find an alternative way to contact them?
This is absolutely insane. Apple is really letting us down here.
