Over 20 hours here and counting here (signed up immediately after installing the beta). I am in the UK, I assumed that was the issue, but it seems pretty widespread. I have also switched back to English (UK) as my Siri & device language; again, thought that would have contributed to the issue, but not sure at this point, seems like a poorly organised distribution system for most people.
