I hit to such combination, for which I have no solution. I have brew installed webserver (lighttpd) with php for development purposes. Both as a (user level) service with property file in ~/Library/LaunchAgents/. But when I try to access servers on a local network using curl from php it is immediately blocked by Local Network Access without any possibility to add an exception. Failed to connect to _local_address_ port 443 after 0 ms: Could not connect to server Running the same script from terminal or against some wan address works flawlessly.
