I've deleted the xcode from applications and trash. Restarted the machine and it doesn't work. :/

I do have the same issue. Mac Os Monterrey 12.1 Macbook Pro M1 Pro Max. I've restarted the machine many times and not work. I'm going to try with ZeddmalY's answer
