Hello! I've gone through quiet a number of threads posts about payment been declined, and i did not find a solution noted on any. I have added a new payment card, all information correct, used Chrome and Safari, with the same response - Payment Declined or asking me to reach out to my bank. I reached out to my bank and the payment request never reached them, i tried paying for other things and it went through,so the issue lies with Apple's payment system, maybe their fraud prevention on payments. I have been on this for over one month with no solution from Apple. I'd really appreciate any help i can get.
