Yes for renewing account or some legal actions, you still need to be log with the Account Holder account, sadly no other solution that share this account between trusted collaborators in this case ... For 2 factor authentication: set up multiple trusted numbers in the Account Holder account as @Brachi says, or leave a trusted device at your office. Even if this is not an acceptable solution, never found an other usable possibility.
