Same here. AirPods 2 work perfectly with my MacBook on Big Sur 11 Beta, but glitch unbearably on my iPhone Xs, iOS 14.0.1. Spotify and YouTube just hangs, or no sound, while iPhone shows AirPods as connected. Upgrading to iOS 14 was def a mistake.

Same thing here with iPhone Xs and Airpods 2 after iOS 14 update. It's a pain to connect Airpods to the phone every time. Just not working. With Macbook Air on Big Sur it's fine, so it's purely an iOS issue. Thinking about downgrading back to IOS 13.
