In bigSur I had the same problem and it was solved by giving "Full Disk Access" permission to "sh". But with monterrey I can't solve it, I tried giving "Full Disk Access" permission to sh, bash, zsh, console, installer, IOs App installer, but in none of the cases it was solved. Do you know what the fault may be?
