For me what worked was to quit Xcode and restart my PC. which was bought 1 hour ago, with my Xcode freshly installed. So I got pissed that my new environment got something wrong so quick. I saw many posts saying Apple's developer tools are declining in quality and reliability. I didn't know as a noob, but now I am beginning to agree more and more. LOL.
