Apple's internal subscription state says "renewed successfully" (hence the clean RENEWAL events to RC with no failure flags). But the corresponding bank-side capture is not executing. This is happening for the monthly product on AU storefront and not the yearly product on the same account. The pattern is reproducible across multiple users, which means it is not a per-user payment problem — it is a configuration or product-level issue.
