Thanks for your reply! Yes I'm using finder to copy Application. High Sierra Version is 10.13.6. Big Sur Version is 11.2.3. Here is my test result: If i create the dmg on Big Sur, It's can work on Big Sur, But can't work on the lower version. I need create the dmg on the High Sierra, This way can work on Big Sur and High Sierra. Here is command i use to create dmg. hdiutil create -volname $title -srcfolder $workspace -ov -format UDRW $out

fixed by add entitlements file when code signing.
