Is the problem resolved in macOS Big Sur 11.4? Has anyone tried the update?

Tried everything, no luck; eventually downgraded successfully to the previous version - http://swcdn.apple.com/content/downloads/12/32/071-14766-A_Q2H6ELXGVG/zx8saim8tei7fezrmvu4vuab80m0e8a5ll/InstallAssistant.pkg and problem solved:

I tried the same resets and no luck.

I'm having the same issue since yesterday's update to BigSur 11.3 (20E232) on MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017). Please help.
