Hello, I think I have the same issue. I try to publish my first app using Xcode from a MacBook Pro. I do have the same error message, I'm not sure to understand. What kind of device am I supposed to connect ? Xcode run on a Mac, does the required device is an iPhone or iPad ? I don't have any so I'm a bit worried. Kind regards, Patricia T.
