Thanks Rob.... All good. I reached out to Apple Dev and didn't get a reply one way or the other so that's when I decided to post this question in here. I've done lots of regression testing and had family members test as well but was just looking for a more outside independent feedback. It's going to be a free app initially and I'm going to add some in-app purchases in the next release. Also, I have to say I'm a bit surprised that a) more people didn't weigh in on this and b) there isn't something set up like this for us to beat on other developer's app and provide constructive criticism to help each other build better products.

Thank you Frameworks Engineer. I solved it with the EKEventViewController and the .allowspreview and .allowsedit settings. This will allow my users to quickly see what is on their calendar for the day they pick before they schedule their event.

It indirectly helped me, I couldn't get the EKEventViewController(_: didCompleteWith) to fire until I added your navController code on top of the self.present of the event! The eventEditViewController was working fine on didCompleteWith but I really wanted/needed the .allowsCalendarPreview setting in the eventViewController so I was stuck until your solution so thanks again!
