I ended up fixing this errors by moving my appintents code back into main project and using nsnotifications to trigger that code from the framework. That worked in my sample project and I can see the intent entities in the shortcuts app, but when I click w/ the app is not running I get: "This current action is not allowed" and in console: -[ICAppRegistry _appsWithIdentifiers:] Failed to load a definition for <app_bundle_id>
