Commenting for visibility. Also did you ever find a method to do this?

I'm having this problem too. The problem with the workaround is that if I want to pair my watch to my phone the phone has to be updated to iOS 16 and for Xcode to work on iOS 16 it needs to be updated to Xcode 14. Do you have any idea of when this issue will be resolved?
