so the two fb# are: FB18002602 - which was gathered on my old MacBook Pro FB18390243 - for my new MacBook Air Note, i am no longer using the MacBook Pro

The previous response was based on my older computer (a M1 macbook pro). I recently upgraded to a M4 MacBook Air, hoping to help with the issue; however, the issue continues with the new computer. Not sure what a FB number is?
