HI, I just ran into the same problem and sort of "hacked" a fix. Go to "/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport" and then copy and paste the 16.1 folder and rename it to 16.2. Busy debugging the app on my 16.2 right now.
