Comment on Apple Developer Internal Review?
Churches are not required to file or maintain proof of 501c3 documentation to be considered part of the program, according to the IRS' own definition of the program. (https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/churches-integrated-auxiliaries-and-conventions-or-associations-of-churches) Apple is refusing to accept the proper definition of 501c3, thus targeting us for being a church and not having documentation. We're abiding by the proper requirements for 501c3, Apple isn't.

I'm asking for other people's experiences and any advice on moving forward. That feels pretty straight forward. It would make sense that the review was taking extra time if it was to review our organization, but we've already been verified, it's just the fee waiver that they're sitting on.
