We have been in review for 11 days on an upgrade to an existing app. We added IAP Subscriptions to the new version which may be the cause of the delay.

The primary purpose of this question is to accumulate any additional information from the developer community on App Review outcomes from extended delays. For example, if an app took 30 days to be reviewed and then rejected because of X issue, that would be helpful for the community to know. This is not about one specific app submission but a general question for developers that have experienced long review periods and sharing their general results (approved, rejected and why). The goal is to help other developers that may be struggling to understand why their app submissions are taking longer than expected.
