I am still experiencing the same issue. iOS 15.0.2 iPhone 13 Pro Max Scanning in Apple Notes works fine, then saving to files saves a good quality but saves receipts as A4 or Letter size documents. scanning directly to the files app has the same problem as stated previously, good quality on previewing the files and low resolution on saving to Files App
