I am having the same issue. The swipe actions work perfectly fine on iOS ,but on macOS don't appear at all. I am using the Label etcetera as indicated above, they simply don't seem to appear... I am using the swipe action on a ListItemView() I have created within a ForEach loop in a List within a NavigationSplitView. Curious whether somebody has got this working by now.
