On affected devices, the real culprit was Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone and Alerts: when that slider is low, AlarmKit alarms are quiet on the lock screen, while our in-app .playback audio remains much louder. Can you confirm whether there is any supported API to read, open, or modify that system alert volume setting, or is user education the only supported path?
