There is a metrics tab that has more date range option when click on the data. You may just be on the summary view.

I learned Swift a few months ago and learn by doing the following: I started with Swift Playgrounds just playing the programming games. Than I moved to following YouTube videos the created simple apps like Task Trackers. After each tutorial I would challenge myself by attempting from scratch reproducing what I just learned which really reinforced the concepts. Finally I moved on to just using the documentation and reviewing the examples provided by Apple in the swift documentation. They are better than I expected and go into specific features very well.

In case someone else sees this in the future. It takes a few hours to resolve the build errors, but it will not be functional on the simulator due to the UI being designed for a Mac. I would guess it takes weeks to get the UI looking usable to even start testing. :(

I would turn on Lockdown Mode in Privacy & Security settings while you are trying to figure out exactly what to do. That should add more security to your phone while you are thinking of your options.
