I am looking into Privacy Manifests for a 3rd party SDK. An iOS project I'm working on includes several algorithmic libraries. I found this issue on swift-algorithms. Can I be sure that I don't really need to add a Privacy Manifests file for a library that is a collection of pure algorithms?
