We've also been waiting since September for our Nonprofit enrollment to be processed. Every time we reach out it is the same response that our account is still under review and they will let us know when there are any updates. I can't tell if reaching out is helpful or harmful... I want to make myself heard, but I also don't want someone to decline our enrollment because we are frustrated by staring at a brick wall for 90+ days.
