Hi. I need to make a similar change to my app to add additional countries. Were you able to add the country for the existing version and have it distributed, or was it necessary to release a new version for distribution to the new countries? Thank you.

Same issue for me, and restarting Xcode fixed it too.

Got the same error twice about 10 mins ago. On the third attempted it was Ok.
