Had some issue with LTE connection after installed ios 14.0 and 14.1 My workaround: Switch cellular Voice and Data to 3G only Result ok, but just slower using 3G 2. Followed some previous suggestion. Deleted any VPN config, and reset network. Working just fine.. hope this is permanent resolution.
