Is it fixed in 13.5.1 for anyone?

Same issue with my MBA m1 ventura 13.5 and my Xiaomi 34 curved monitor connected to DP. My solution is to connect my MBA to my external monitor with HDMI cable. Do someone find any other solution that works with DP? Can this bug damage my monitor?
