Same here. I tried this morning and was on hold for over two hours. I've now been waiting for over an hour again and still haven't managed to get through. I've also contacted them by email. Sometimes they reply in a day, but then I don't hear anything for the next couple of days. I'm currently waiting for a response to my latest email.
