In my case case changing the minimum deployment target from iOS 16 to 17 worked.

Same situation here with beta 6, unusable on both intel iMac and MacBook Pro

This solution of changing the Optimization Level worked for me.

Just finished updating to Xcode Version 13.2.1 (13C100) and issue persists.

Currently facing the same issue right now. Xcode Version 13.1 (13A1030d). Hopefully they address the bug reports soon.
