I'm having this problem on 14.6 even. This is my audioSession setup:         try audioSession.setCategory(.playAndRecord, mode: .videoChat, options: [.duckOthers, .defaultToSpeaker, .allowAirPlay, .allowBluetooth])

I have exactly the same issue.
