Hi everyone, I’m facing the same issue, and at this point it’s becoming unacceptable.
I purchased the Apple Developer Program on March 25, 2026. The payment was successfully processed, and I received the standard confirmation stating activation would take up to 2 business days. However, it has now been far beyond that timeframe, and my membership is still not active.
There has been:
No activation
No follow-up communication
No meaningful response from support
This is now directly blocking my ability to continue development and testing, and is impacting my project timeline.
At this stage, this is no longer a simple delay — this is a failure to deliver a paid service. If this is not resolved shortly, I will have to consider escalating the issue further, including initiating a transaction dispute with my bank.
Has anyone managed to resolve this through support or phone contact? Any working channels would be greatly appreciated.
