Hi. For me it worked with the following steps: Uninstall logitech app (still didn't work after this, but I've seen a comment about this) Closing the logitech mouse that was conected trough bluetooth (it didn't work with the mouse connected trough bluetooth, but it worked after i've closed/disconnected it) Good luck!
