Is it mandatory to update iOS, macOS, and Xcode to version 27? If my development environment is running macOS 27 and Xcode 27, but the device is still running iOS 18, why would this affect the behavior or UI of the older iOS version? I’m trying to understand whether changes introduced in Xcode 27 or macOS 27 can affect an app when it is running on a device with an older iOS version, such as iOS 18.
