Just crackling again after 13 hours (eqMac installed)

I suggest to wait for a few days/weeks before being sure that's the fix. We had very similar answer by installing Boom software from Global Delight https://www.globaldelight.com/ Many people thought that this fixed the problem, but in the end it did not. This said, I will try your suggestion to see :)

Many of us have already tested Boom2, and the problem, even if it seems delayed, is still present.

Same for me. Apple is no more what I expected from them.

I have zipped as backup /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL/MSTeamsAudioDevice.driver , then I deleted the folder. I was surprised that I was allowed to, as process is still running (and I finally have been able to close it manually from the monitor activity) That's it ? :)

I have a real improvement with the Boom 3D drivers (which by pure fantasy I bought for 12€ with the upcoming summer promo). That being said, it doesn't fix the situation 100%, but the difference is still noticeable. It's a solution I'll keep until the next MacOS version (Ventura?) by the end of September I guess.
