Thanks, we are still getting 500. I'm wondering if it's because we didn't submit the generic product ID for review in the classic app store flow (we only submitted the product ID in the ACA forum). It's currently in the 'Missing metadata' state. Did you submit yours? (The only thing that is strange is that in order to submit for review, you need to set prices, but there are no prices for the generic product.) Also, did you try it in Sandbox or Production?
