I get Xcode 13.3.1. For some reason the App Store does not recognize that don't have I have an earlier version of Xcode. This is true when I restart my computer as well. In each case, I confirm that I have quit from Xcode before hitting "open" in the App Store. Nor can I find any other version of Xcode doing a Finder Search.
