If you guys still can't figure it out, here's some step I did before encountering this problem: 1. update to xcode 14beta3 (but nothing in .xcodeproj are changed); 2. update the identifier for the app from com.aaa.xxxx to com.bbb.xxxx, but then again, clean build are used and the system still doesn't work; starting from yesterday or even earlier, no build passes Xcode cloud and no error message is present on the web. Please fix this ASAP as we reconsider the reliability of Xcode cloud.
