We are seeing a similar issue that started on January 2nd around 7:28 PM Central. We are getting a 404 back for forecast on a small amount of locations.

I would love to see a root-cause analysis of this incident.

We have been seeing a 25% failure rate with our WeatherKit requests since 9:51 PM (Central) on Dec 4th.
