Still does not work in newest version, if anyone with knowledge on this can help please do!!!!

I have solved this myself hurrah! All that needs to be done is to revert back to Xcode version 12.4 as this is a bug in 12.5 only. You can download 12.4 here https://developer.apple.com/download/all/

To uninstall drag the Xcode and simulator app to the bin from the applications folder. Delete the developer folder in Library and the plist file with Xcode in it's name from the preferences folder in the library. This is what I found most effective however: If you get the same error again and again after reinstall it is likely a fault with the version of Xcode, older versions can be downloaded here: https://developer.apple.com/download/all/

Just did a complete reinstall of Xcode but still simulator will not launch when building, build succeeded pops up and simulator is nowhere to be seen.

Here is some further information for the issue! Xcode Version is 12.5 macOS Version is Big Sur 11.3 All simulators are affected sometimes changing the simulator I can get it to run however it is still not working as it should.  Target version 14.5 for the app is however I have tried 13 as well Simulator does not launch at all when running the build. No errors appear in the issues navigator

Thanks for your response, I did not post all four in less than an hour. And for the first post I asked a question and I was just asked to restart the Mac. Again thank you for the information I will ad this to my original post. I would have been grateful for a response like this on my original post.

Still unsolved, was expecting a bit more advice. Does anyone have any advice for dealing with the simulator not working as expected in the latest update? Would really appreciate any help.

Is there anyone here that is able to offer me any advice on this?
