Reply to Apple Developer Program payment completed but membership not activated
After all the frustration, I resigned myself to the fact that apple doesn’t need me. So I just sent a bunch of mails : “refund me” a few hours later, I get a mail saying “ We processed the credit that you requested as an exception to our policy. “ Wow, this just makes me feel super special. So let’s get this straight.. Are they saying that their policy is no refunds to a customer who paid. but does not get service. That even when the application or enrollment process lacks transparency or logic, or simply does not work as they intended, don’t expect a refund of your $99 or even the second 99 that you paid for that Service Crazy

Update: One refund actually went through and I got one charge refunded, although it looks like it was actually Pro-Rata ! My ’support agent‘ then told me that I had verified my identity on a different profile.. so I checked all three of the accounts I have tried, but they all show ‘enrollment not allowed” or similar messages. So my next step is to try brand new gmail address and never before used hardware to see if it takes. But then I risk losing another $99… This is ridiculous

Side note: My original post ended with a joking request of anyone who has the direct contact details of the CEO. And I mentioned him by name.. Well, let me tell you, it was flagged for ‘sensitive content’ If only the bots were that good at the enrollment issues…
