After all the frustration, I resigned myself to the fact that apple doesn’t need me.
So I just sent a bunch of mails : “refund me”
a few hours later, I get a mail saying “ We processed the credit that you requested as an exception to our policy. “
Wow, this just makes me feel super special.
So let’s get this straight.. Are they saying that their policy is no refunds to a customer who paid. but does not get service.
That even when the application or enrollment process lacks transparency or logic, or simply does not work as they intended, don’t expect a refund of your $99
or even the second 99 that you paid for that Service
